As Director of Community Engagement, I spearheaded the creation of DC Co-lab, an online platform designed to foster collaboration among our members and external stakeholders. This involved not only building the website itself, but also cultivating a thriving online community and managing all associated social media and content creation. Furthermore, DC Co-lab served as the foundation for what has evolved into the District Data Initiative, a testament to the project's impact and its role in sparking broader data-focused initiatives. Throughout this process, I actively cultivated and nurtured relationships with key community stakeholders, ensuring the platform served as a valuable resource for collaboration and information sharing.
