In my role as the Digital Engagement Lead, I spearhead a comprehensive digital transformation initiative by project managing collaborative efforts and providing strategic direction for the development of a new website and digital community portal. This involves overseeing the user experience design and crafting compelling narratives to enhance engagement. The platform serves as a nationwide network of over 300 educators across more than 50 partner schools, fostering connection and collaboration among arts educators. I am also developing and implementing an engagement plan to maximize the platform's reach and impact.

The website refresh involved crafting a compelling narrative that showcases the program’s impact. I worked closely with the Turnaround Arts team to bridge the gap between the program’s colorful history and its exciting future. By weaving together powerful stories and impactful data, and refining the program's offerings and resources to better serve the evolving needs of our community and ensure their continued relevance, the new website paints a vivid picture of how the program continues to make a difference since its inception in 2012.

It features researchers and experts in the field, success stories, details of offerings, and valuable resources for those looking to get involved. A community portal will also be available to in-network educators and schools.
