The pandemic threw me and my husband a curveball: juggling our jobs and caring for our firstborn. But instead of getting sour, we decided to make lemonade out of lemons! Introducing Washington Abbey, a parody inspired by Downton Abbey's opening credit where our pandemic life was documented.
Here You Are Away
A woman and her complex inner identities are depicted. She follows herself, writing to herself, and examining the “self” she has kept away from the outer world.
Day
We glimpse a day in the life of a young woman, beginning as herself, entering and exiting the present and the future interchangeably, eventually ending the day becoming her mother.
